Refunds on orders require that you return the unused product and use a shipping service that provides delivery confirmation (ex., tracking number to Ireland). The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we received the returned item, we’ll give you a full refund less your original shipping cost. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (credit or debit card) or Pay Pal.
Other Considerations
In accordance with the European Directive on Distance Selling (Directive 2011/83/EU), customised goods made according to custom specifications (i.e. personalised gifts) may not be returned.
The Craft Nest is not responsible for missing, damaged or stolen packages as a result of a mistake by the courier or the customer (ie. submitting wrong address). For these kinds of issues, The Craft Nest will manage refunds and replacements on a case by case basis.
