Your  order will be sent via An Post Couriers, the parcel/box, then passed on the national postal service in the country of destination.  A signature is usually required on delivery. If no-one is home to sign for the delivery there should be a note /card left at your home/office building to state that an attempt delivery has been made, giving you the details required to organise collection at a local depot or re-delivery.

Each gift or personalised gift sold on thecraftnest.ie website has an estimated shipping lead time.

Shipping in Ireland takes on average 3-5 working days from dispatch date.

Shipping internationally can take between 5-10 days from dispatch date.

Unique products are subject  to availability. If your ordered product is not available we will contact you with an expected delivery date. Please note that items sold online will only be delivered to the address specified on your order.

All merchandise may be subject to duty or other taxes on importation into your own country of residence. Thecraftnest.ie  is not responsible for any importation charges or government fees that may be applied.

TRACKED shipping with An Post will track your item at any given time straight to your door.

Once your package is shipped, we will e-mail your tracking number to the e-mail address you provided. You can use this tracking number to track your order.

Once your package arrives in your country, it is then delivered to you by your local postal courier. This means that, to get up-to-date information on your package, you simply enter your tracking number on your local courier website.

The Craft Nest Gift Cards

The Craft Nest gift cards are delivered via email, so there are no additional processing or handling fees.

Please note that Gift Card orders take 12 hours to process and therefore cannot be redeemed within that time.

The Craft Nest Gift Cards can not be returned and refunded.
