The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs to Ireland. Once we received the returned item, we’ll give you a full refund less your original shipping cost. Other Considerations

In accordance with the European Directive on Distance Selling (Directive 2011/83/EU), customised goods made according to custom specifications (i.e. personalised gifts) may not be returned.  

 

The Craft Nest is not responsible for missing, damaged or stolen packages as a result of a mistake by the courier or the customer (ie. submitting wrong address). For these kinds of issues, The Craft Nest will manage refunds and replacements on a case by case basis.
